REFUND POLICY ON RESERVATIONS, PACKAGES, SESSIONS AND GIFT CARDS;
- OASIS SURF DIX30 does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
- Any item purchased in store can be refunded within 7 days, or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be in new condition and accompanied by the original product purchase tags. No exchange or refund will be made without the original purchase invoice.
* Only items purchased at regular price can be exchanged or refunded.

Details & Terms;
* Non-exchangeable, non-refundable. This product has no cash value. It must also be consumed in its entirety during the same visit by the same person.
* Valid with the purchase of regular priced products / Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
* Valid Monday to Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Not valid from December 26 to January 7, on statutory holidays, during the school break period & construction holidays.
* An amount of $15/participant will be requested in order to exchange the package on Friday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays.
- Any change to the date and time of a reservation must be made within 3 days or more before the reservation date. After these deadlines, no changes can be made.
- The number of participants registered when booking is final. Once the reservation has been confirmed, no changes to the number of participants will be made.
- Any delay, absence or non-presence on the part of a participant is the full responsibility of the latter and will not be compensated in any way and under any pretext.
*OASIS SURF DIX30 reserves the right to cancel your session in the event of equipment breakage or other major events. This kind of exceptional event can force a last minute cancellation. In the event of an endorsement, Oasis Surf undertakes to postpone your reservation to a later date according to your availability.
